German army converses to GRP fat separators

The Federal Building Department of the Office for Building Regulations and Building Construction has renewed 5 fat separators in 3 barracks of the German armed forces Command Academy in Hamburg in order to be able to treat the greasy dirty and rinsing water from the kitchens safely in the future.

The aging concrete separators were replaced by modern GRP separators. Thanks to the glass fiber reinforced plastic material, the fat separators from Haase are permanently leakproof and chemically resistant without any additional coating or inliner.

In 4 systems, the manholes were already manufactured at the factory with the required inlet depths, with the fifth fat separator, the manhole was laminated on-site and could therefore be adapted seamlessly to the corresponding installation depth.
